Free plan limits
The free plan allows up to 3 signed documents per day without an account. Creating a free account may unlock higher limits. We reserve the right to change plan limits at any time.
Acceptable use
You may not use Signpdf to sign documents that are fraudulent, illegal, or that you do not have the right to sign. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the authority to execute any document you sign using this service.
Disclaimer of warranties
Signpdf is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times, or that signed documents will meet any specific legal standard in your jurisdiction.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signpdf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
