How to Sign a PDF Online

Add your signature

Click "Add Signature" in the toolbar. Draw your signature with your mouse (or finger on mobile), or type your name and choose a font.

Position & resize

Drag your signature to the correct position on the document. Drag the corner handle to resize. You can add multiple signatures and text annotations.

Download the signed PDF

Click "Download PDF" to save the signed document to your device. The signature is permanently embedded in the PDF.
